Hillcrest Hope's goal is to move families from homelessness to self-sufficiency within 90 days. We provide rent/utility-free housing, as well as, the following through a network of community support: auto repair/donation, food pantry, medical assistance, dental work, GED classes, haircuts, glasses, school clothes, work uniforms, etc.

In turn, our residents are required by written agreement to work full time, follow the program guidelines, and attend volunteer taught classes in life skills, employment, community living, and budgeting.

Hillcrest Hope provides each family a welcoming environment through church participation and staff involvement. No family is discriminated against because of race, creed, ethnicity, or religion.

We are a non-profit 501c3 organization that serves the homeless families and individuals of Clay County. Hillcrest Hope is supported by its local community (churches, businesses and individual families) and through the work of our many volunteers.

Mission Statement:

To break the cycle of poverty by providing a transitional housing program for families to achieve personal independence, through their efforts and the support of the community.
